  • 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 31% Tempranillo.
  • Each variety was harvested separately during the month of October. Fermentation at 26ºC to maintain the varietal aromas.
  • Aging: 6 months in French oak barrels from different forests.
  • Harvest date: October 2021.
  • Serving temperature: 16ºC – 18ºC (60º – 65º F).
  • Color: Ruby red.
  • Aroma: Notes of red fruit and wild berries, with a spicy touch.
  • Taste: In the mouth it is round, elegant and fresh.
  • Pairing: Cold meats, red meats and game, all kinds of cheeses, risottos, tuna or smoked fish, dark chocolate.
